Bestselling author Rabbi Naomi Levy, the founder of Nashuva, a renowned Jewish spiritual movement, is joined by Julianna Margulies (The Good Wife) for a conversation about the rabbi’s new book, Einstein and the Rabbi, an exploration of the meaning and purpose of the soul, inspired by the famous correspondence between Albert Einstein and a grieving rabbi.

Naomi Levy is the author of the national bestseller To Begin Again, as well as Talking to God, & Hope will Find You.

The founder and leader of NASHUVA, a Jewish spiritual outreach movement based in Los Angeles, she’s been named one of the 50 top rabbis in America by ​​Newsweek, and was in the first class of women to enter the Conservative rabbinical seminary. She has appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show,The Today Show and on NPR.

Julianna Margulies

Julianna Margulies is an Emmy, Golden Globe and Screen Actor’s Guild Award winner.

She is best known for her television work on The Good Wife and ER. Some other television credits include The SopranosThe Mists of Avalon and The Grid.

Some film credits include. City Island which won the audience award at the Tribeca Film Festival. The Newton Boys, Bruce Beresford’s Paradise Road and EvelynWhat’s CookingSnakes on a Plane with Samuel L. Jackson and Ghost Ship with Gabriel Byrne.

She recently wrapped The Three Christs opposite Richard Gere.

Theater credits include, on Broadway, Festen. At Lincoln Center, The Ten Unknowns (Lucille Lortel Award). Off Broadway, Intrigue with Faye and many others.

She sits on the board of MCC Theater company and has been involved with Project ALS since it’s inception.
