VILNA tells the heroic story of Motke Zeidel and Yudi Farber, actual people, who come of age in the remarkable city of Vilna during its degradation in the Interwar years and destruction in World War Two. As their world collapses from being a vibrant metropolis, to a stifling ghetto and finally, to the killing pits in the Ponar forest, they repeatedly face painful moral choices to save others while putting their own lives at risk.
